Yalissa Florentino-Arranz is a Realtor-Associate® specializing in residential real estate in Northern New Jersey and is committed to servicing her clients – whether buying or selling – with the highest level of customer service. She is a member of the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service (NJMLS).

A lifelong resident of Northern New Jersey, Yalissa’s career in real estate was driven by her love of the area, the passion for working with others and helping her clients find their dream home. Yalissa currently resides in Upper Saddle River with her husband and three boys. She is a member of the Upper Saddle River PTO and Upper Saddle River Garden Club. Yalissa is fluent in Spanish, which helps expand her network of clientele in the real estate industry.
