Tanja Schmid

Toronto has been my home since 1977 and I have watched this city go from sleepy to sophisticated. Having lived in many of the city's great neighbourhoods, including Leaside, Lawrence Park, Riverdale, Davisville Village, Forest Hill and Summerhill, I feel confident in my knowledge of each and every one. I have personal experience buying, renovating and selling, both homes and condos in the city, and feel confident providing advice and guidance to my clients from first-time buyers to downsizers.

I strive to always demonstrate the highest level of integrity and commitment, and to bring a little fun, into every real estate transaction, while working in partnership with my clients to understand their needs and to best represent their interests.

During my downtime, you'll find me enjoying my Summerhill community which usually entails long walks my dog, dining in a local restaurant with family and friends or working out at my favourite gym.
