Daphne Smith joined Coastal Properties Group & Christie's International Real Estate as a Real Estate Advisor in December 2017. Prior to Coastal Christie's, Daphne served as Marketing Communications Manager for GSP, a national retail services company, and has over 20 years of marketing and project management experience. Daphne's specialty is real estate along the Pinellas Gulf Beaches and throughout southern Pinellas County, including St. Petersburg—and has been a resident of St Pete Beach since 1999. In addition to her local knowledge, her marketing / organizational skills and ability to effectively communicate with all parties to facilitate a smooth transaction from contract to closing makes Daphne successful in representing her clients' real estate needs, whether buying or selling real estate.
