Michael Fechter

Michael is a native of Wisconsin who grew up in a customer service driven family dairy business along with a well-known 40 acre U-PICK Strawberry Farm. Besides a strong work ethic, respect, honesty, and integrity were instilled in him at a young age. After school, Michael took those core values, his thirst for business and acquired multiple companies over his 35-year professional career. At each of his companies, Michael worked mentoring team members and recreating customer service, all while creating growth and value.

He sold his last company in 2021. Along with his wife Marianne, they decided to move to SW Florida. Michael and Marianne then created “LEGACY LIVING REALTORS” in 2022.

Our mission is: “CREATING VALUE FOR OUR CLIENTS THROUGH SUPERIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, STRONG ETHIC, INTEGRITY AND KNOWLEDGE”.  He brings with him a lifetime of contract negotiating and impeccable customer service to his real estate clients.  Michael is no stranger to remodeling and construction as he has over thirty years of experience of remodeling personal and investment property.

During Michaels’ free time, you will find him spending time with his wife participating in outdoor activities such as golfing, fishing, or taking in a sunset cruise. In addition, he continues to work as a consultant for young companies in need of strategic directions and leadership structure.

Michael has served on the National RPC Board as well local Community Committees and has done numerous speaking engagements in affiliated industries throughout the country.  He is a contributor to foundations such as Big Brother Big Sisters, Boys & Girls Club, Wounded Warriors and My Brother’s Keeper.
