James DeNormandie is a Project Manager and GIS Director at LandVest. As a project manager within the Real Estate Consulting Group, he is involved in all aspects of residential real estate valuation, land and conservation planning, and project management. In addition, a real estate agent since 2017, he assists in sales of unique estates that frequently involve conservation land in Central Massachusetts and Northern Connecticut. As the GIS Director in Boston, he oversees production of all mapping and spatial analysis for the Real Estate Division of LandVest. In that role, he also continues his work on varied spatial conservation projects in Massachusetts and New England. Mr. DeNormandie has been with LandVest since 2012.

Prior Experience:
James served as project coordinator for several high-profile projects for Mass Audubon and the Massachusetts Natural Heritage and Endangered Species Program, Losing Ground - 4th edition, BioMap2, and State of the Birds of Massachusetts; where he combined deep knowledge of GIS software/analysis, strong research and interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to manage complex spatially-based projects. Prior to that, he was an independent consultant and Conservation Planner working on Regional Conservation Planning projects in New England, the western US, and Canada since 1998.

James is licensed as a real estate salesperson in Massachusetts and Connecticut and is a registered Appraisal Trainee in Massachusetts.
