Having marketed successful sales of over $300,000,000 in luxury real estate, including Massachusetts' record residential sale at $32,500,000, and over $150,000,000 in direct transactions, Claire is adept in managing the complexities of important projects as well as the conveying the unique character and story of each LandVest property to the marketplace. A Virginia coast native, Claire is a graduate of James Madison University with a focus on writing and technical communications. She divides her time between LandVest’s Boston office and a farm in rural Maine, though her heart is always near the ocean.
