April Hoover

April takes great pride in going above and beyond to make the home selling and buying experience a pleasurable one by offering exceptional service, great communications in a timely manner, and helping sellers and buyers to reach their goals, with the least amount of inconvenience. April believes that strong negotiating skills throughout the entire transaction are very important. She has earned these designations/certifications: Seller's Representative Specialist (SRS), Certified Negotiation Expert (CNE), Short Sales and Foreclosure Resource (SFR), and e-PRO. April attended Ball State University and earned her B.A. from Rhode Island College.

A full-time resident of Bonita Springs since 2004, and full time REALTOR since 2013, April is a native of northern Indiana and most recently lived in Milton, MA, a suburb of Boston. April enjoys spending time with her husband, Jim McGinn, also a John R. Wood Properties REALTOR, and rescue dog, Lucy.

Specializing in the beachfront gated high rise community of Naples Cay, April also knows and sells in the luxury high rise market, as well as single family and golf/gated communities in Naples, Bonita Springs and Estero.
