Kelley grew up in the real estate world with a number of her family members working as brokers. After spending 4 years in recruiting and talent acquisition, Kelley began to look for a new path that would allow her even more interaction with a variety of people and a more hands-on role. She quickly realized that real estate is the path for her. Her expertise in sales, contract discussions and salary negotiations has made the transition to real estate nearly seamless. She is creative and determined to find the best strategies and solutions for clients, to make their buying or selling experience as smooth as possible.
