Wendy Dong has been a proud Tampa Bay resident for more than 20 years and has been a licensed Florida Real Estate Advisor since 2003. She has always loved everything about the real estate industry and got her start flipping houses in Trinity, FL. Making the move from one home to another can be quite a challenge, and knowing this, Wendy loves helping her clients make the process fun and exciting. She is passionate about developing real relationships with her clients and is dedicated to working every transaction start to finish. Wendy is a certified Military Relocation Professional (MRP) and holds her Green designation, and over the course of her career she has been very successful and garnered much client satisfaction. Wendy was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and loves having the opportunity to help clients relocate from any area. She absolutely loves Florida and all the beauty that it has to offer, from the coastlines to the conservation areas, to the wildlife, and most importantly the beautiful weather; she is proud to call Florida home and welcomes others to do the same. When she’s not working, Wendy enjoys spending time with her grown children,  traveling, or getting outside to ride bikes, hike and swim.
