Monika Richter

Monika Richter is a Naples Native (born and raised in Germany) and a seasoned Real Estate Professional. She recognizes and values the trust her clients place in her and aspires every day to exceed their expectations.

From her earliest days in the Industry she has developed a passion for Interior Design, Architecture, Art and Landscaping - all that envelopes Real Estate, which is apparent through her excellent communication skills and warm and friendly approach. 

Monika's first priority is to make her clients happy by achieving the best outcome and striving to ensure that the home buying or selling process is fun, easy and stress-free!

Her experience of working with sellers / buyers and having represented developers in pre-construction, New Home + Condo sales has broadened her spectrum of the market.

In her free time, Monika enjoys engaging in various hobbies and charities, as well as spending quality time with her family and friends, when she is not busy assisting her Real Estate clients. She possesses a keen eye for Home Décor, as evidenced by her passion for Design, Staging, and numerous Home transformations.
