Randy Whitson

Before moving to the Isles of Capri, Randy spend five years in the Commercial Real Estate Market focusing on Retail, Office, and Industrial properties in Madison, Wisconsin. Randy was a founding Partner/Broker in Madison's Lee & Associates Commercial Real Estate Firm. During his time in Wisconsin he was involved in several development projects of office, retail, and mixed-use properties. In 2010, Randy, who is originally from Tennessee, decided his dream of 'Island Living' overshadowed his current Commercial Real Estate career and the search for life in a warmer climate began. Like many others, Randy visited Southwest Florida and was hooked. Shortly after that trip Randy moved to Isles of Capri, as a full-time resident, with his son. Randy has been practicing real estate on the Isles of Capri since 2014. Randy's background includes management positions in Engineering and Customer Support at Cessna Aircraft Company in Wichita, KS. He is a Commercial Pilot, FAA Certified Flight instructor, and FAA Certified Aircraft Mechanic. In addition to aviation, Randy is an avid boater and enjoys exploring all that this little slice of paradise has to offer!
