Brad landed in Park City after meeting his wife here whilst on a ski trip in 2013. He began his real estate career in his hometown of Santa Barbara, CA., where he found success buying and managing his own Airbnb/VRBO and long-term rental properties. With over 16 years of real estate investment experience in various markets throughout the U.S, Brad specializes in investment and short-term vacation rental properties in Deer Valley, Old Town and the Canyons. In addition to resales in our market, Brad has recent development experience in selling a 33-Residence luxury condominium building at the base of the Canyons Village.
When not working Brad loves spending time outdoors with his children Billie and Lyle, wife Mandi and old dog Sequoia.
