As a current Winnetka resident with more than 15 years of experience in the real estate industry, Bonnie has been able to apply her intimate knowledge of the North Shore and the City of Chicago coupled with her deep background in the real estate industry to facilitate over $100 million of closed residential transactions. Bonnie is ranked among the top 10 agents for deal volume over the last 12 months in the New Trier District.  She holds herself to an extremely high standard in representing her clients, and prides herself on her ability to attend all her marketed open houses, and acts under the fiduciary standard for her clients.  Her responsiveness and focus on individual transactions has become a hallmark of her transactional work.

Bonnie joined @properties in 2010, and has been consistently recognized by the company as a Top Producer with over $10 million in annual sales. Previously, as a commercial investment sales broker, she facilitated the sales of 185 retail properties totaling $2.7 billion from 2005 to 2009. As a negotiator, she has represented residential and commercial clients on transactions ranging from $200,000 to $100 million in value. Her career began in New York as an investment banking analyst of mortgage-backed securities for Bear Stearns, providing her an exceptional opportunity to learn the banking and lending aspects of the residential mortgage market.  Bonnie will use her residential and commercial real estate brokerage experience, as well as Wall Street investment banking background to help advise homebuyers and sellers in the largest investment of their life.  She is uniquely qualified to speak from a financial and strategic viewpoint about real estate, in addition to having a firm understanding of lending institutions and the real estate transaction process.

Personal Life: Bonnie grew up on the Chicago's north shore and is a graduate of New Trier High School. She attended the University of Colorado at Boulder, and worked on Wall Street at Bear Stearns as a Mortgage Backed Securities analyst before returning to Chicago in 2004, to start a career in real estate. She spent a number of years living in the City of Chicago, and currently resides in Winnetka with her husband and three children.
