Kyle McClatchey fell in love with the city of Chicago from a young age, when he would regularly visit family in the area and admire the skyline from afar. Now, he is privileged to serve the great people of Chicagoland by helping them buy, sell, rent, and invest in property. Kyle combines his background in food service and technology sales to provide personalized and thorough service to his clients at every step of the real estate transaction. He knows buying or selling real estate can be intimidating and complicated, which is why he strives to make the entire experience as seamless as possible. As a member of Chicago's #1 brokerage, Kyle provides top-notch real estate services to clients alongside some of the best professionals the industry has to offer.

Kyle's business is guided by four core principles:

1. Providing Outstanding Customer Service. Serving you is a core aspect of my mission. Whether we work together on a home purchase, home sale, or both, I pledge to make the entire experience as seamless and stress-free as possible for you. I want you to feel like your transaction is the most important thing I'm working on daily - because it is. My goal is to give you a real estate experience you can't wait to tell your friends, family, colleagues, and neighbors about. Anything less means I have failed.
2. Being Your Trusted Advisor. My job is not to sell houses at all costs. I am not a salesperson. I am an advisor. A huge part of serving you is educating and advising you on all aspects of Chicago real estate. It doesn't matter if we are currently working together or not - I am always available to chat and answer your questions. Whether it's about the transaction itself, the market in general, the market in your neighborhood, a good time to buy/sell, or anything else - my job is to provide you with objective information and advice that makes you smarter. I believe in enabling people to make the best decisions for themselves. That could mean moving now, later, or never - but it's my goal to help you figure that out.
3. Constant Engagement. You will hear from me regularly. I always want to be in touch with you! As part of my Chicago community, you will receive market updates, helpful tips, information on the latest Chicago happenings, invitations to my events, phone calls, and more. I want you to feel like you can always reach out with any questions or comments at all. Of course, if you ever do not want to receive any of this communication, please let me know.
4. Having Fun. Keeping in touch with you, as part of my Chicago community, is fun. Real estate is fun. While I take my mission to serve you very seriously, I believe it is essential to have fun along the way. Therefore, I will try to inject humor into everyday interactions whenever I can - as I always have. This also means I will be hosting events regularly throughout the year moving forward!
