Kathleen Gibbens

Kathleen has always had a passion for homes. After a 10 year detour in investment banking, and literally hundreds of real estate viewings on behalf of friends and colleagues, she decided to devote herself full-time to the real estate sector. Kathleen has lived in Toronto and New York and moved several times within each city. She has a compassionate understanding of how daunting buying and selling can all be; especially when children and schooling is involved. She appreciates the complexities of moving countries, helps families decide on which neighbourhood is best suited for them and how to navigate the next step on the housing ladder. Kathleen is one of the rare agents who will offer you her unedited opinion on a property and patiently work alongside you until you do find your perfect house. She values honesty and integrity more than simply getting a deal done.

Kathleen earned a BA from Western University and an MBA, with a concentration in Finance, from McMaster University. She has significant experience negotiating and transacting legal and financial transactions. She has a track record of getting the most complicated deals successfully closed with the minimal of stress and undue drama. She currently lives in midtown Toronto with her husband and three daughters.
