Marla Lehberg

Marla Lehberg has been selling Toronto homes since 1987 and has been recognized by each of the firms where she has worked as a sales leader. Since 1999 Marla has been with Chestnut Park Real Estate and this marriage has proven to be an excellent choice, the professional care and ethics that have always been a staple of Marla's practice fit the corporate identity of Chestnut Park ideally.

While she has experience across the GTA, Marla's specialty is the core neighbourhoods of central Toronto where she has a 28 year track record and a sales record of hundreds of homes. Decades of experience in a variety of market conditions has provided Marla with a client book that enables her to be selective about who she works with and how she effectively uses her time. The nuances of neighbourhoods and individual streets along with a nearly 30 year career has created a knowledge base few can match.

A previous winner of Chestnut Park's President's Award and Vice Chairman's Award for sales volume, for 2014 Marla is the recipient of the Chairman's Award, the highest accolade the company presents to its most successful agents.
