Lila Delman Real Estate announced today the sale of two significant Newport properties, a shingle-style waterfront home for US$4,550,000, and “Swinburne,” an elegant Greek revival home located on Historic Hill, for US$2,775,000. Year-to-date there have been eleven home sales in Newport County over $3,000,000; Lila Delman Real Estate has participated in 9 of the 11 sales.  Other estate sales include “Daybreak” and “The Pink House” in Jamestown, and “Gray Craig” in Middletown.
