Esme Alvarez

Originally from Lorain, Ohio. Esmeralda moved to Chicago when she was 9 years old and has resided on the Northside of Chicago. She has experienced areas such as Humboldt Park, Logan Square, Avondale and Belmont Cragin thrive and grow into what it is today. Esmeralda is very familiar with the Northwest suburbs as well, she can accommodate any area you would like to call home.

Esmeralda is extremely ambitious and will go the extra mile for her clients. During the pandemic, Esmeralda used her time wisely and obtained several designations such as Accredited Buyers representative, Pricing Strategy Advisor as well as a Short Sale and Foreclosure certification in order to better serve her clients.

When Esmeralda is not tending to her clients, she is caring for her wonderful daughter and two dogs (Micro Bully and Miniature Pinscher), in the gym, painting, crocheting, sewing or traveling.
