Gina Avila is passionate about offering exceptional customer service! She has 20+ years of sales experience and has received various awards and high accolades. She is result driven, customer focused and believes in the consultative selling approach. A sales approach that positions customer needs first and encourages an open dialogue to find the best solution for their needs. She has a strong work ethic, great communication skills and is committed to clients' needs. Among all else, Gina's enthusiastic and fun spirit will prove to create a positive real estate experience.

Gina is a lifelong resident of NWI and has been a representative of the community through nonprofit community service projects, as well as, with local business networks. These components allow her to be well versed about the communities she serves as a Real Estate Broker. She is a graduate of Purdue University where she earned a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Communications and Marketing.  Gina is a graduate of the Indiana Association of REALTORS® Leadership Academy and earned a National Association of REALTORS® Buyer's Representative accreditation.
