Stephanie Badillo boasts over three decades of experience in the real estate industry, excelling as a luxury realtor, accomplished interior designer, and adept international real estate developer. Her expertise has been showcased on various real estate television programs, featured in esteemed publications, and broadcasted on influential podcasts. 
 

As an entrepreneur, Stephanie presides over multiple enterprises, including the Stephanie Badillo Interior Design Studio established in 1991, and the Badillo Development Group launched in 2006. She maintains dual real estate licenses in New York. Stephanie's clientele spans across the Hudson Valley, NYC, and Long Island 

In 2019, Stephanie embarked on her own real estate venture, founding the Stephanie Badillo Team New York. Here, she dedicates herself to coaching and mentoring her team of agents. Stephanie adeptly navigates both residential and commercial transactions, serving a diverse range of buyers, sellers, and investors. 

Recently appointed as the Long Island Regional Director for the Latinos of Real Estate, Stephanie is presently in her second term with The New York State Association of Realtors. Here, she ardently advocates for fair housing and cultural diversity, emphasizing the pivotal role of marketing, technology, and communications in the field. 
 

Over the last two years, Stephanie has diligently expanded her real estate endeavors in Long Island and is now venturing into the opulent Hamptons market. Her academic background includes a BFA from Parsons School of Design and an Associates' Degree from The New York School of Interior Design.
