Dennise Mukhar

Before moving to California over 30 years ago, I received a bachelor's degree in psychology from Montclair State University, in New Jersey. With my love and passion for beautiful homes, I continued my education in interior design, and soon thereafter opened my own interior design business, specializing in residential and small commercial spaces, including boutique set up, where I developed my love for buying and selling!

Soon after relocating from the bay area to Aptos, I fell in love with the community, and the areas that make up Santa Cruz County; its beautiful coastal beaches, its majestic giant redwoods and a community so very rich in cultural diversity and environmental awareness. It was not too long before I joined Christie's Sereno, attracted to their community centered and giving back philosophy, that is in alignment with my very own set of values.

With my in-depth understanding of design, and nearly two decades of experience in assisting clients with home purchase decisions, I have taken great pride in my ability to see the potential in interior spaces, that would otherwise be passed over. My background in psychology has proven to be invaluable, as I truly understand the emotional challenges that come with buying and selling one's home, and my sensitivity to my clients' needs has fostered lifelong relationships.
