Jackson Hole Land Use Policy Inspires Argentina

Crescent H Ranch, offered for US$11.5 million by Jackson Hole Real Estate Associates, hosted an event to kick off The Nature Conservancy’s latest initiative in Argentina. In attendance were Nature Conservancy givers and affluent conservation-minded landowners, all interested in sharing Wyoming’s land use and conservation solutions with their South American neighbors.

“Jackson Hole is ground zero for some of the world’s most complicated and creative conservation easements,” says Bob Graham, who comprises the company’s Graham4 Team with Karen Terra and Matt and Julie Faupel. “Argentina has just started its first land trust with the support of The Nature Conservancy. Our goal is to provide an exchange to connect the dots between these two very bio-diverse places.”

North America’s original Orvis-endorsed fishing lodge, the Crescent H Ranch, with miles of private spring creeks, trout-filled ponds, and the magnificent Snake River, was the perfect setting for the event.
