Colleen McCarthy‎

Colleen McCarthy is a Realtor-Associate® based in the Ho-Ho-Kus office specializing in residential sales throughout Bergen County. She strives to blend a bright, approachable manner with a diligent work ethic to help sellers and buyers navigate the important process of selling or finding a home. With her affiliation with Christie’s International Real Estate, Colleen is able to leverage the strength of Christie’s corporate marketing resources and superior customer service programs to assist and support clients throughout the real estate process.

Colleen is a graduate of Villanova University and New York University where she earned a BS in Nursing and a Masters in Administration respectively. Her training and experience as an RN/Nurse Manager in major NYC hospitals allowed her to hone her listening skills to hear and assess needs of patients, families and staff members which allow her to set in motion the best plan for them. Colleen will utilize these skills to hear the needs and dreams of her customers and clients.

As a homeowner in Mahwah and Lavallette for over 17 years, she has a keen sense of the communities in Bergen and Ocean County. She resides with her husband Tim and their children Megan, Tara, Clare and Jack, who keep them very involved at St. Elizabeth School, Immaculate Heart Academy and on the sidelines of Mahwah sports. Colleen is also an active parishioner of St. Elizabeth Church in Wyckoff, NJ.
