Courtney Bresnen

Courtney received her undergraduate degree from Augustana College.  She went on to earn her master's degree from Olivet Nazarene and a second master's from Concordia University.  To say she is intelligent and motivated would be an understatement.  

Courtney's brother, Jason Cartwright, and her sister-in-law, Laura Cartwright, encouraged Courtney to take a leap into real estate.  "I know that Courtney will sell millions," said Laura Cartwright.  "She is not only smart, genuine, and hardworking...she also has this ability to find ways to connect with everyone she meets.  People know they can trust her, and she always has their best interest at heart."  

The Cartwright Home Team could not be more excited about their new addition.  Courtney is viewed as a major asset and adds a dynamic layer.  She has a background in art and design.  She has a creative eye which will benefit clients tremendously; from staging to sell, to helping them pick out finishes for their new home.  "I love painting, crafting and updating or creating new furniture," said Bresnen.   To have the opportunity to share her passion and creativity with others will make her stand out from the crowd.  

Courtney's greatest love and focus is her family.  She has been a wife to her supportive husband, Aron, for almost 13 years and a mother to her daughter, Parker, and son, Maxwell.  Courtney is excited to be part of a team and work closely with family.  She is organized, patient and determined.  Courtney is excited to see what her real estate future hold for her, and the Cartwright Home Team cannot wait to watch her take off in this new career!
