Kevin Rutherford has expanded his market to include Southwest Florida, after 8 successful years in the Chicago North Shore real estate market. He is specializing in the Naples area, where he has resided since 2020.

In his first year in real estate in 2014, Kevin earned the coveted "Rookie of the Year" distinction for all of Baird and Warner Chicagoland offices and became a member of Baird & Warner's Vice President's Club. Consecutively from 2015-2021, he has been in the top five percent Baird and Warner's 2,600 agents.

For over 20 years, Kevin's career flourished in the financial industry as a Currency Broker and Equity Trader at the Chicago Mercantile Exchange. During that time, he became an expert negotiator to secure the best price for major investment dealers, hedge funds, banks and proprietary trading groups in foreign currency and equity futures and options - a skill that perfectly translates to the real estate field.

A versatile professional, Kevin performs optimally in ever-changing, fast-paced environments.
