Scott Allen

Scott is a Florida native born in Ft. Lauderdale and a third generation Caprier now living full time in the home that his grandparents build in the 1960's. After a successful 15 year real estate career in residential, luxury condo, and high-rise development in St. Petersburg, Scott is considered a market leader in the Tampa Bay area and was directly involved in nearly $200 million in closed sales. In 2016 Scott felt the calling to fulfill his long time goals of moving to his Isles of Capri family home permanently and opening a new real estate office. Scott holds degrees in Business Administration and Information Systems Management and in addition to real estate, Scott's background in project management with state and federal government and the financial services industry brings an attention to detail that is critical in today's complex and ever-changing real estate market. Regardless of what career path Scott has pursued, his work philosophy has always been based on the premise of treating others as you want to be treated and always exceeding customer's expectations. Scott loves to get engaged in environmental and charitable causes and always jumps on the opportunity to boat, kayak, fish and spend time on our incredible beaches.
