His all-encompassing skills pertaining to the business have resulted in an impressive accumulation of clients – all of whom have reaped the benefits of Cody’s broad scope of knowledge and tireless work ethic. He strives to exceed his client’s expectations on every transaction.

Born in Illinois, Cody launched his real estate career in St. Louis, Missouri at one of the city’s top luxury brokerage firms as a transaction coordinator and marketing assistant while he was still in his early twenties. This is where he caught the real estate bug and became a fly on the wall to learn everything he could about residential real estate. His tireless work ethic went beyond his day-to-day duties at the brokerage and he began working weekends directly with some of the top agents within the brokerage. He received his Missouri real estate license in 2017 and continues to maintain his business relationships in St. Louis.

Having only worked in real estate, he decided to branch off and made a move to Scottsdale in 2014 to work as the sales director for a new startup company, after 6 months he decided that his passion was in residential real estate. He became the executive assistant to a top-producing Scottsdale agent until he earned his real estate license in 2016. He has consistently been ranked in the top 1% of real estate agents since.

Cody resides in Arcadia & is heavily involved with numerous philanthropic organizations. Cody enjoys playing soccer, attending sporting events, and traveling.
