I love helping people and I love real estate.

It is my mission to help my clients achieve their real estate goals. While achieving this goal, I strive to provide excellent customer service and to help my clients achieve the best value through knowledge of the real estate markets and negotiations.

I am a REALTOR with over a decade of real estate experience. I was raised in the northern suburbs of Chicago. Before joining @properties, I worked in property management and property development in Hong Kong and Malaysia where I developed my keen sense of real estate markets and negotiation skills.

During 2021, my first full year with @properties, I completed 18 transactions. I was able to use my skill to help my buyers purchase homes at an average of 8.6% below the original list price and helped my sellers sell their homes at an average of 102.8% of the original list price. The job as a REALTOR can be challenging but it is exciting and deeply rewarding to help clients move through different stages of their life.

Outside of Real Estate, I am a martial artist with the rank of black belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. Training Jiu-Jitsu helps my ability to problem-solve in real-time, high-pressure situations. I find my peers in the martial arts community to be like warriors in a garden; kind-hearted, calm, but always ready

I am a graduate of the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where my major was Business Administration. I am bilingual in English and Cantonese.

I reside in Evanston with my lovely wife Sally, a pastry chef, and my young daughter Chin Yu. As a family, we love to cook together and I have become an avid noodle maker.
