Rasa Love is a native North Carolinian with over 25 years of real estate experience.  She has spent the majority of her life on the Cape Fear coast with particular specialties in Bald Head Island and Southport.

She is a strong buyer advocate and detailed listing agent averaging over 40 transactions a year, with a background in new construction, land acquisition, and luxury sales. Her success comes from a strong referral-based business and attention to detail.

Rasa currently lives in Brunswick Forest and enjoys spending time with her significant other who also works with her, daughter, father, dog, and cats all of whom she is lucky to have living on the coast.  She loves to travel and participating in shows with the local theatre scene through directing and acting. On the occasional day off, you can find her in a kayak or on a paddleboard cruising along the coastal marshes.
