Tara Thompson is a Realtor-Associate® specializing in residential and commercial real estate in Bergen County and is committed to servicing her clients – whether buying or selling – with the highest level of customer service. She is a member of the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service (NJMLS) and Greater Bergen Realtors® (GBR).

Tara is an established cosmetics, flavor and fragrance executive with more than 25 years of industry experience. Her expertise includes senior leadership roles in product development and commercial initiatives at brand manufacturers (Avon, LVMH) as well as global and privately-owned supplier organizations.

At the core of her real estate business, Tara prides herself on her problem solving and interpersonal skills, which translate across careers seamlessly as she is able to navigate through the complexities of any transaction and build close relationships with clients. She thrives on helping her clients find their dream home and is confident that she will get them the highest return on their investments. Tara earned a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from the CUNY at SI. She earned an honors certificate for Executive Development from Simmons Graduate School of Management, Boston, MA. She is an active member of the WFFC and CEW, a regular participant and past member of the SCC NY and NJ chapters. Tara is the mother of 4 children (including triplets) and resides with her husband in Bergen County, New Jersey.
