Dana Litwiller’s extensive background in business development and client relations makes her an

invaluable asset to any real estate transaction. After moving to Texas nearly a decade ago, Dana

quickly fell in love with the architecture of the South and diverse building styles in Houston. She

wanted to connect her passion for people with her love of homes and design, so a transition into real

estate was a perfect and natural fit for Dana. Her connections in the oil & gas industry allowed Dana

to quickly break into the niche luxury sector of the market. She specializes in helping her clients

purchase and sell high-end real estate.

Dana has an eye for the fine details that are important when buying and selling luxury homes. She’s

overwhelming and judgment can get clouded, so she is there to be the voice of reason and always
