Jackswell Charles Percentie II was born in the capital of Grand Bahama, so he has the iconic “West End Move”, and was blessed to spend his summers in the richly charming land of his Percentie Family heritage - Harbour Island or Briland as Brilanders say.

Better known as JC, this husband and father has established his business savvy throughout the Bahamas, and he sees his primary role in life as a family man, but just as today’s work, family and recreational spaces overlap in the realm of multi-tasking, so too does JCs life have multi-purpose passions – his faith, his family, and his business.

With 25 years in sales and marketing, including 12 years most recently in real estate, JC has a proven track record of building strong client relationships based on professionalism and integrity.
