Heidi Engelmann

Heidi Engelmann was born and raised in Chicago, she attended DePaul University's downtown campus. Heidi is truly a native Chicagoan. She has lived with her family in the Northwest suburbs for over 30 years and has been actively involved in the Arlington Heights/Prospect Heights and Palatine school districts. She has a wealth of knowledge about Arlington Heights and it's neighboring communities. 

In her current position as a broker associate at @properties, Heidi is dedicated to helping their clients find the perfect home whether it's a first time home buyer or empty nesters looking to downsize. Heidi is exceptionally responsive to her clients needs.

Prior to her career in real estate, Heidi worked as a buyer and inventory manager in home fashions for a major retailer. This is where she developed her excellent negotiating skills which will be put to use whether listing or buying a home with Heidi. With her design background, she will help prepare your home in order to maximize your selling price in the shortest amount of time. She can also help her buyers visualize their future home.
