Shannon Livingston

Shannon Livingston is originally from Kansas City, Missouri, has lived in several states across the country, and has been in Naples with her son Joe since 2007.  She first joined John R Wood in 2008 and started her real estate career in residential and yacht club sales.  Shannon values the relationships she builds with clients and enjoys helping them realize their dreams of living in paradise.        

Shannon has a strong presence in the community and is known for her marketing, media, and service to local non-profits.  She is the Director of Development for Sunlight Home, a maternity safe home in Naples, and donates a percentage of her commission to the charity.  Shannon also serves as an ambassador for Blue Zones healthy living.  She has a background in marketing, which is an asset to every listing.  She has hosted radio shows and podcasts, loves to emcee events, and does videos that highlight what makes the Naples area so special.
