Kat Hall

Born in Evanston and raised in the inner city of Chicago, Kat was enriched by the cultural diversity, history, and sophisticated arts and performing arts scenes of Chicago from birth. When her parents settled in Old Town Chicago in the early 60's they began to invest in and even self-manage various forms of real estate. She was able to learn from an early age the day to day operations as well as the value of building generational wealth through real estate investing. Her first introduction to the professional real estate arena was in 2000 at a small boutique real estate firm in Ravenswood. Wearing many hats, she helped process listings and worked on print marketing and design for both the listings and prospects. This experience lead her to work at the Top Producing Shimmy Braun Team of Guaranteed Rate as well as law firms that specialized in real estate files, one even specializing in short sales during the downturn in the market in 2008. 

 

Kat's guiding principles to success are service and attention to detail along with a proactive approach to communication with all parties. She joined the AM Group of @properties in their rental division but assists in hosting open houses, rental showings, team social media marketing and more. In partnership with AM Group and @properties she possesses the resources and knowledge to assist all potential real estate clients with any need including commercial investing and leasing as well as investing on a grand scale. 

 

During her free time she manages her rental property, reads, attends musicals, live music, church, and develops her extensive friendships and family relationships.
