Tommy & Jeannette Schneckenberger are a husband and wife real estate team with over 35 years combined experience. As Bay Area natives and residents of the East Bay, Tommy and Jeannette bring their high energy level, positive nature and integrity into the business of real estate.
Jeannette started her career when she was a student at the University of California, Berkeley. Earning her B.A. in Social Welfare, she honed in on her advocating skills, gained valuable experience in ethics, and has proven to be an asset to the surrounding community. She speaks fluent Spanish and was first introduced to the world of real estate when she and Tommy purchased their first home in their early twenties and has not looked back since. Jeannette's success in the industry can be attributed to her unique blend of social work which values human interest, advocacy, negotiations as well as the contract and business flavor of real estate.
Tommy's knowledge of real estate comes from a structural perspective. Having been in the electrical industry for over a decade under IBEW Local 6 in San Francisco, he brings his skills as a natural leader, problem solver and communicator. As a homeowner and investor, he knows the process of home remodeling projects first hand and is happy to share his experiences and resources with his clients. Tommy's commitment and leadership in the community is exemplified in his spare time as a basketball coach where he has coached dozens of young athletes over the years.
Both Tommy and Jeannette's success in the industry can be attributed to their commitment to creating community, delivering first class service and empowering their clients to achieve their real estate goals. They welcome your business and will strive to make your real estate experience the best that it can be.
