Nicole Monahan joined LandVest in 2003 to work as part of a team with Terry Maitland focusing on sales of high-end real estate in Boston’s Back Bay and Beacon Hill, Cambridge, Brookline, Newton, Weston, Lincoln, Concord and the North Shore. With 17+ years of experience in Greater Boston and the North Shore and over $700,000,000 in sales during her career at LandVest, Nicole’s clients at every level of the market benefit from her integrity, professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail. Many of Nicole's clients are referrals from past clients or repeat clients - her ability to relate to her clients and identify their needs has earned her a loyal clientele.

Prior Experience: A graduate of the University of Vermont with a double major in Political Science and French, Nicole is accomplished in sales, having spent ten years as an account manager in the high tech industry in Greater Boston. She has participated in various professional sales training programs, including those of Eastman Kodak and ADP. Prior to joining LandVest, Nicole had accumulated numerous sales awards and accolades throughout her career.
