Taylor DeRosa

Raised in the Bahamas and based in Exuma since 2010, Taylor DeRosa brings a rare blend of local insight, international experience, and hands-on expertise to every real estate transaction. A Graduate of Clemson University with a degree in International Business Management and Business Law, Taylor began his career in finance before launching his own residential remodeling company in South Carolina.

Today, he leverages over a decade of experience acquiring, managing, building, and renovating real estate assets across the U.S. and The Bahamas. From beachfront villas to commercial investment properties, Taylor understands every stage of the process - because he’s done it all himself. 

A lifelong athlete and passionate ocean-goer, Taylor has proudly represented The Bahamas in international soccer and baseball tournaments. When he’s not guiding clients or managing projects, you’ll find him spear fishing or training outdoors, embracing the island lifestyle he loves to share with others.
