The apartment overlooks the canal of San Sebastiano, and features bright and airy rooms, an attic with beamed ceilings and an ‘altana' - a typical Venetian roof terrace where enjoying a 360 degrees view over rooftops and bell towers.

The apartment is composed of a first floor with an entrance, a master bedroom, a kitchen/dining room and a bathroom, on the second and top floor a spacious attic featuring a living room, two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an ‘altana' – roof terrace accessed by stairs from the living room.

A private storage room on the ground floor completes the accommodation.

The sestiere of Dorsoduro is one of the most elegant and quiet locations, far from tourist crowds, offering pleasant walks especially on the Zattere promenade one of the most beautiful in Venice for its openness, enchanting views and for the pleasant cafès and restaurants fringing the water's edge.

The vaporetto stop is near, making it very easy to reach every part of Venice, including the station, Piazzale Roma, Giudecca and Lido. Local market and a supermarket are close by.
