Basil Singh

Chandrika (Basil) Singh, also known as Basil C. Singh, is a highly accomplished real estate professional with extensive experience in various aspects of the real estate industry. Born in Guyana, South America, Basil has lived in multiple locations across the United States, including New York, New Jersey, and Florida.

Basil began his real estate career in March 1994 when he obtained his Real Estate License. His early success in the industry led him to earn a place in the prestigious NJAR Distinguished Sales Club as a Million Dollar Producer for ten consecutive years, an honor reserved for the top real estate agents in New Jersey. He upgraded to the position of Broker Associate in 1997 and earned his GRI (Graduate, Realtor Institute) designation in 1998. Additionally, he obtained the ABR (Accredited Buyer’s Representative) designation two years later.

Basil's experience extends beyond traditional real estate sales. He has a background in residential appraising (licensed in New Jersey), property management, and specializes in short sales and distressed properties in both New Jersey and Florida. He has also served voluntarily as a Director of the Eastern Bergen Board of Realtors, Greater Bergen Realtors, New Jersey Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors, among other committees, for over twelve years. In 2018, he was the Board President and was named Realtor of the Year in 2017.
