Alexandra Jumel-Grieco

Rochelaise depuis sa première heure, Alexandra a grandi et a vu s’embellir au fil des années la ville de La Rochelle dont elle ne se lasse pas d’admirer ses superbes édifices, les hôtels particuliers, symboles d’une formidable période de prospérité au XVIIIème siècle.

Bien qu’attachée à ses Tours et son Vieux-Port, Alexandra, sensible à l’art et à l’histoire, a parcouru l’Italie dont elle est fièrement originaire et a voyagé en Angleterre ainsi qu’aux Etats-Unis.

Après ses études supérieures littéraires en italien à l’Université Michel de Montaigne à Bordeaux, elle poursuit ses études bordelaises plus précisément vers le tourisme et obtient son diplôme de Brevet de Technicien Supérieur auprès de l’Institut d’Aquitaine.

De retour sur la façade atlantique, Alexandra se constitue une expérience professionnelle aussi variée que solide, notamment dans l’Immobilier qui va pleinement définir son activité future. Forte d’une connaissance du marché immobilier locatif local, elle fonde sa société de relocation à travers laquelle elle déploie toute son énergie et a à cœur d’écouter, conseiller et accompagner ses clients dans leur nouveau projet de vie.

Résolument tournée vers l’humain, soucieuse d’un service client personnalisé et bienveillant, aimant les belles propriétés et l’élégance, Alexandra a grand plaisir de rejoindre l’équipe de Maxwell-Baynes Christie’s International Real Estate, trouvant tout naturellement sens et valeurs lui correspondant.

Born and raised in La Rochelle, Alexandra has seen the city of La Rochelle become more and more beautiful over the years. She never tires of admiring its superb buildings and private mansions, symbols of a formidable period of prosperity during the 18th century.

Though fondly attached to and proud of her city, driven by the love of art and history, Alexandra has travelled and explored Italy, where her origins lie, England and the United States.

After studying Italian literature at the Michel de Montaigne University in Bordeaux, she continued her studies in Bordeaux, focusing more specifically on tourism, and obtained her Brevet de Technicien Supérieur diploma from the Institut d'Aquitaine.

Back on the Atlantic coast, Alexandra gained professional experience that was as varied as it was solid, particularly in real estate, which would fully define her future activity. With her knowledge of the local rental property market, she set up her own relocation company through which she puts all her energy into listening to, advising and accompanying her clients in their new life project.

Alexandra is a people-oriented person, concerned with personalised and caring customer service, and loves beautiful properties and elegance. She is delighted to join the Maxwell-Baynes Christie's International Real Estate team, naturally finding the values and culture that reflect to her own.
