Terri Golden

As evidenced by her many accomplishments, Terri Golden’s ability to get results and achieve her clients’ goals is more than clear. Over the past 30 plus years, she has amassed an industry track record comprised of top honors, awards and affiliations, some of which include Chairperson for Professional Standards Bergen Board of Realtors, Director for local Board of Realtors and Realtor Associate of the Year.

While the black and white recognition is a noteworthy indication of her skills and expertise, Terri considers the true source of her success not the awards she’s won or the sales stats they might reflect, but rather the professional, knowledgeable and ethical approach she takes to what she does, combined with a steadfast commitment to strong and honest relationships with her clients.

Terri has built these relationships by providing the time to understand what her buyers and sellers really want (even if they don’t know themselves).  This means facilitating an open and honest dialogue, encouraging questions and providing constant feedback, even when that means saying what needs to be said rather than simply what someone wants to hear.

Now, after over three decades of working with buyers and sellers, Terri has focused her attention on helping other real estate agents achieve their goals.  With the support of Christie’s International Real Estate, Terri is focusing on being part of Christie’s Agent Support and Development Services.  As she did with her buyers and sellers, Terri will encourage and guide agents through their path to success.
