Mark Birnholz is a Broker Associate with 26 years of experience in the industry. He specializes in residential, condo, new construction, relocation, foreclosure, and commercial real estate. He is a member of the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service (NJMLS), Garden State Multiple Listing Service (GSMLS), Greater Bergen Realtors® (GBR), and the National Association of Realtors® (NAR).

Mark is committed to providing clients, whether buying or selling a home, with the highest level of customer service. In his 26-year real estate career, Mark has been recognized for his superior skills and performance with industry recognition, including several NJ Realtors® Circle of Excellence Bronze Level Awards. With his affiliation with Christie's International Real Estate, Mark is able to leverage the strength of Christie's unparalleled corporate marketing resources and superior customer service programs to assist and support clients throughout the entire real estate process.

Mark is a graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where he completed his bachelor's degree in Biology. He has spearheaded events for the American Cancer Association for Breast Cancer Research and volunteered for the Luitgarten Foundation walks at Bergen Community College. He has also volunteered at the Paramus Environmental Commission's annual event to help raise environmental awareness. Mark has participated in multiple food drives for the Center for Food Action as well as helped organize toy drives for multiple charities including the Fair Lawn Mental Health Center. In addition to his passion for volunteering in his community, Mark enjoys going to the gym, swimming, and dining out in his spare time. He is currently a resident in Hackensack but grew up in Fairlawn.
