Robert Ramsdale is a fully dedicated family man and full time Realtor in the Haliburton & Muskoka area. Robert escaped rural Thunder Bay residential construction at 17 for the big-city lure of Vancouver, managing a Subway restaurant while repeatedly increasing its annual sales by the highest rate in BC. Drawn back east by IT work and sales in Toronto, he managed 24/7 refinery IT support for 800 production, executive, and sales staff across nine countries. After a dozen years cottaging in Haliburton, the irresistible space and fresh air for his 3 children made it easy to make the full time leap 9 years ago. With a further 16 years in depth work in construction, as a Certified Master Inspector®, Septic Inspector and Energy Advisor, Robert has seen the good, the bad, and the ugly parts of all types of properties.
