Scott Fenton

Scott Fenton is a Realtor® Associate with more than eight years of real estate experience across northern New Jersey. He specializes in investment, rental, home purchases, commercial, and residential properties, as well as home relocations. Scott is also a real estate investor, purchasing select real estate properties and managing them as rentals. He is committed to making the real estate process easy to navigate for his clients, making sure that they receive the highest levels of customer service available.

Scott is a member of the New Jersey Multiple Listing Service, Garden State Multiple Listing Service, and the Monmouth Ocean Multiple Listing Service. With his expertise and affiliation with Christie's International Real Estate, he is now able to leverage the strength of the brand's unparalleled corporate marketing resources and superior customer service to help his clients navigate the real estate process.

Scott also designs and sells playground equipment, representing Playworld and Playcraft Systems for over 20 years. In his spare time, he is very involved with his community, participating in construction projects and supervising playground community builds with non-for-profit groups such as Habitat for Humanity and Kaboom. He also enjoys going to Delaware to relax on the beach or playing golf and tennis.

Scott is a Bergen County native, living there for 55 years before moving to his current home in Summit with his wife Kathryn.
