With over 10 years of real estate sale experience and 20+ years of real estate investing, Patrick Allos is an enthusiastic leader in Atlanta residential real estate. Originally from suburban Detroit, Patrick lives in a 1920s Virginia Highland bungalow near Piedmont Park with his wife, 5-year-old son and dog Buster. He takes pride in knowing the Intown market inside and out. Patrick has also worked with several intown developers successfully selling many multi-million dollar projects around Atlanta including Tribute Lofts, LaFrance Street Lofts, 335 West Ponce and White Provision, and still holds investment properties in several. 

Patrick graduated from Rochester Institute of Technology in Rochester, NY. Previously a structured credit broker with Cantor Fitzgerald for 12 years in New York City. He managed liquidity for bond swap portfolios on multi-billion dollar clients such as JP Morgan, Goldman Sachs, Barclays, Credit Suisse and Morgan Stanley. Working on a Wall Street trading floor is one of the most demanding and competitive professions and translates seamlessly to real estate.

Patrick has always lived in large metropolitan areas such as NYC, Los Angeles, Atlanta and Detroit and on his off time he enjoys decompressing in nature. Camping, hiking, adventure motorcycling, dirtbiking and fishing is how he likes to spend his down time. Patrick is also an avid traveler, spending time in Cape Cod, South Florida, Utah and Southern California along with anywhere he can find a mountain range. Internationally his favorite destinations are Peru, Colombia, Brazil, Japan, St. Lucia and Greece.
