Marina Cappetta

Marina was born and raised in the Sonoran desert. She and her husband found their way back to the desert from Bergen County, New Jersey to North Central Phoenix, where now they call it "home". 

Prior to a career in real estate, Marina had a successful career in both the public and private sectors as a government official and entrepreneur of a successful travel agency. Marina's top-notch customer service, and her international network serves as an invaluable asset to her clients.

Marina was drawn to a career in real estate by a love for the uniqueness of the industry. Having started her real estate career in Northern New Jersey Marina will continue to provide top-notch service to her clients now at the Walt Danley family. The core of her professional services consists of three principles: integrity, communication, and innovation. She believes in the homeownership dream and has a genuine passion for serving people. She is committed to gaining the client's trust and delivers beyond expectations with quality and innovative service.

Marina received her degree in International Business and Trade from "Universidad de Sonora", Mexico, and had studied abroad at the "Universidade do Algarve", Portugal as an international student. When not doing real estate activities, Marina loves to spend the time doing "DIY" projects around her house, enjoy outdoor activities with her husband, and gathering with family and friends.
