The Real Estate business made sense to me after relocating from the Northeast.  I felt I could be empathetic, patient, and knowledgeable to the needs of buyers and sellers. I love helping a Buyer to find the right home, in the right area, and for the right price. I love helping Sellers to get their homes ready to sell.  I can advise them on decluttering, staging and making repairs (if needed). I will and want to be by your side throughout your Real Estate Business. Our first Meeting and consultation, to marketing (if needed), to the contract, the negotiations, the inspections, financing and all the way to the closing table and moving truck.  My certifications are ABR, CRS, CNHS and SRES. I am a member of NAR, KAR, Bluegrass Realtors and a lifetime Member of Top Producers.
