Keri Falls

Keri Cook Falls is a longtime resident of the North Shore, where she has established herself as an accomplished real estate Managing Broker.

A 17-year industry veteran, she joined @properties in March 2015. She is responsible for business planning, agent coaching and training on the North Shore, supporting @properties' expansion in the region.

Keri is a second-generation real estate agent who began her real estate career in 2002, after a successful career in interior design and commercial space planning. She became a top producer in the North Shore market before transitioning to management.

In 2017, Keri became managing broker of the Lake Forest @properties office. She quickly added that firm's Bannockburn office to her roster, and more than $80 million in agent production; increasing production by 30% year over year since leading those efforts.

Keri's success comes from cultivating an environment of collaboration, integrity, positivity and hard work. She leverages her experience as a former top producer, along with her passion and enthusiasm for working with agents, to help them achieve their maximum potential.

Keri lives in Lake Forest with her husband, daughter and son. She is passionate about giving back and supports several local organizations, having served on the women's boards of Lake Forest Northwestern Memorial Hospital and the Allendale Shelter Club, as well as supporting North Chicago Community Partners. In her free time, Keri enjoys traveling, cooking, and yoga.
