Gerald Lefebvre

Gerald has been a licensed Florida REALTOR® since 2001. He specializes in the sale of land for residential and commercial developments. Some of his sales have included Marbella Lakes in 2004 for $29,000,000, Marbella Isles to GL Homes in 2014 for $24,000,000 and several smaller parcels in Naples and Fort Myers. His knowledge of land available in the area along with the rezoning process has proven to be invaluable to his customers. He was a member of the Collier Code Enforcement Board from May 2002 - January 2022 and served several years as chair and vice chair of the Board. Prior to moving to Florida, Gerald lived in Connecticut and worked in the equipment lending business and tech field.
